This gut renovation includes the entire apartment, but the primary objective is to open up the kitchen to the apartment with an integrated island while maintaining a traditional kitchen and creating a dining room capable of hosting a dinner party.

To accomplish our goal, the dining room table will tuck under the island to accommodate a dining party of four. However, the table can be pulled out, rotated 90 degrees, and extended to seat eight comfortably.
